Terms of service
Effective 9 August 2026. These terms govern FlowLingu accounts, subscriptions and offline passes.

Free and paid access
The Free plan remains usable without a purchase. Premium is a recurring subscription with price, billing interval and any trial shown before checkout. It renews until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase progress.
Offline passes
A language pass unlocks downloadable published levels for one selected language; an all-language pass covers standard published languages. Both are one-time, account-bound purchases and exclude tutor, pronunciation and ongoing Practice Together access.
Trials and payment
An account may use an offered introductory Premium trial once. Stripe processes payment and tax information. Checkout displays the exact total, renewal terms and applicable tax before confirmation.
Digital content and withdrawal
Where local law provides a withdrawal right, checkout and these terms do not limit it. Immediate digital delivery can end that right only where legally required consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse provider APIs, evade limits, harass learners, share credentials or upload unlawful content. Safety actions may restrict Social features without removing privacy requests or lawfully purchased individual learning content.
Availability and changes
We may improve curricula and replace obsolete package versions. Material price or subscription changes apply prospectively and are communicated as required by law. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
