Refunds and cancellation
Cancel a subscription
Open Account → Manage subscription to cancel future renewal through the Stripe Customer Portal. Premium stays active until the paid period ends unless the portal states otherwise.
Request a refund
Contact [email protected] with the account email, purchase date and reason. We review duplicate purchases, technical non-delivery and other requests promptly. A partial refund keeps the related pass active; a full refund or chargeback revokes the refunded entitlement.
Consumer rights
This policy does not replace mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty or refund rights in your country. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary.
